If you don't use the form, I never learn anything about you.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from anyone else — so there's nothing to track, and nobody to share it with.

If you do use the waitlist form, I keep the email you typed (required), plus your car, location and feedback if you add them (all optional), so I can send you updates about KAN_ while it's built. It's never sold, never shared, and never added to any list but mine.

The browser tools — data review and overlay — never upload anything. Your video and CSV are read by your own browser and stay on your machine.

Where it lives, and how to have it deleted.

Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Emails go out through a third-party email provider that only ever sees your address to deliver the message. Both act on my behalf and for nothing else.

I keep it until you ask me to stop — or until I wind the project down, at which point I tell the list and delete it. There's no backup archive that survives a deletion request.

To see, correct or delete what I hold, reply to any email from me or use the waitlist form again with a note. No questions asked — deletion is the one I expect, and it's genuinely not a problem.

Like any website, requests to the form pass through Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary connection records — including your IP — in its own logs for a short time. I don't read, export, or join them to your entry.

Kairos Engineering is a one-person project in Australia, under the turnover threshold where the Privacy Act 1988 automatically applies. I follow the Australian Privacy Principles anyway. If this ever becomes a shop, this page will grow to cover payments and orders — until then it stays this short. I am not a lawyer and not trying to be.
